On May 15, 2023, the Portuguese edition of José Rizal’s book Noli me Tangere, by Penguin Random House, was launched at Livraria Almedina – Rato, in Lisbon. The book was presented by Prof. Carmen Acuña, from the University of Malaga, and the session was attended by the Philippine Ambassador to Portugal Celia Anna M. Feria, as well as by the book’s organizers, Paulo Jorge de Sousa Pinto and Isabel Araújo Branco, from CHAM – Centro de Humanidades (NOVA FCSH).
