Portuguese edition of Rizal’s “Noli me Tangere” presented at the celebrations of World Portuguese Language Day (May 5, 2024)

The Portuguese edition of José Rizal’s “Noli Me Tangere” was presented in a special session at the seat of CPLP (the Community of Portuguese Speaking Countries) in LIsbon, to celebrate UNESCO’s World Portuguese Language Day (May 5th). The book was introduced by H.E. Paul Raymund P. Cortes, Philippine Ambassador to Portugal, followed by a brief debate with the book editors, Paulo Jorge de Sousa Pinto and Isabel Araújo Branco (from the Working Group) and the translators, Alex Tordesillas and Rita Custódio.
